We view a friendship like a diamond, When first found it has no shape or beauty, it is still covered with rock and coal, but with time and care in the right hands it becomes a beautiful,valuable,cherished thing.
But if one is careless while cutting and shaping the diamond it will become cracked and fractured and eventually useless.
